Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Payments -50% deposit is required within 7 days on confirmation of booking.
Failing to adhere to these terms will, when deemed necessary due to operational requirements, accord management the right to utilize the relevant accommodation for alternative booking requests. Should a guest decide to check out sooner than originally booked and confirmed (due to reasons outside the scope of the accommodation establishment), they will remain responsible for full payment of the booking
- 4 weeks prior to arrival 50% of full amount
- 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of full amount
- Refunds will be approved by management to comply with cancellation policy.
