Wine and Dine at the Watering Hole

The Buffelsdrift Restaurant extends over the local watering hole, so as you snack on something delicious, you’ll have a chance to watch hippos at play, wild animals as they come to drink, and enjoy the calls of the birds flying overhead.

And there’s plenty to enjoy, too! The Karoo is sometimes called South Africa’s breadbasket. People are often surprised by this fact, as it’s an arid semi-desert area, but the Karoo has a long history of producing delectable fresh produce. Buffelsdrift has built their succulent A La Carte Menu to showcase the fresh local produce that streams to our door, all with an authentic Karoo touch you’ll love.
